About Noni
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Noni Ervin, author of Verbatim: Living, Loving, Surviving, joins us from the Greater Seattle Area in Washington State. She is a daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and most importantly, a survivor. She loves to laugh and spend quality time with her family where her husband is a source of peace and her children are a source of strength. Everyone has a story to tell, and she has committed her actions in life to speak up for those who have no voice and/or who cannot speak up for themselves. She enjoys writing and speaking and uses every opportunity to be authentic in living, loving, and surviving. Life is daily.
Noni Ervin enjoys writing poetry, prose, and children’s books as a member of the Seattle-based African-American Writers’ Alliance (AAWA). She is the Founder and Creator of Kinara Park Kids ® and the Founder of the Kwanzaa Awards. She has a background in Business Operations and Strategic Development.
